Love the crates! Bought two of them and use them for when I go get groceries. Keep them in the back of my truck. Very durable and handy!

The middle divider is also a stiffener for the entire crate. If you remove it to utilize the space differently, the crate becomes less rigid. They should include a stiffener that is not a divider. Similarly, the tray should come in two sizes based on how you want to divide the space between upper and lower. (And two trays should be offered instead of one). I’m only able to utilize about half of the volume of the crate because of these limitations that would be easy to resolve. This is an expensive product to leave so much unused capacity.

There’s better, more expensive storage containers on the market. There’s less expensive, flimsy storage containers on the market. Outdoor Crates are the best value I’ve found. They are extremely well built. I was worried about the latches but haven’t had one issue.

Crate looks like it’ll work great, although the plastic is a little thinner than I imagined, it has a rubber seal, and once the lid is secured it definitely firms up the feel of the crate. I plan on mounting it to the cross bars on my overland camper, and storing a chainsaw and extra fluids in it.

Was thinking it would be bigger, but it will work for upcoming rennesance faire season
