Very responsive. And a VERY NICE product which is very well-designed, well-manufactured, MADE IN THE USA, and is an excellent value. I like the crates so much that after arrival and inspection, I ordered two more. This company spans the gap between crappy, cheap, not very durable travel crates and the super-expensive, almost indestructible, unaffordable alternatives.
